How Are Our Gifts Presented?
Each of our bliss hamper gifts is thoughtfully decorated to make it truly special. Your chosen occasion postcard sets the tone, beautifully complemented by a matching ribbon, an inspirational quote card, and a postcard—creating the perfect, ready-to-gift surprise for a loved one.
We take great pride in the effort and care we put into our gift presentation. For us, the magic begins with the outside, so we ensure it’s just as delightful as the treasures waiting inside!
Where Will My Personalised Gift Message Be?
Your personalised gift message will be handwritten inside the postcard included with your bliss hamper for a truly personal touch. Simply use the personalisation box to type your message. If you’d prefer to write the card yourself, leave the box blank (with a dash '-') to receive an empty card.
What Sort of Packaging Are Your Gifts Shipped In?
To ensure safe delivery, each gift is carefully placed inside a pink mailing bag to protect it during transit. The box itself will not have your name and address printed on it—only the outer mailing bag.
For larger gifts or orders with multiple items, we also use bubble wrap for extra protection. This ensures your gift arrives safely, no matter the journey!
I Accidentally Entered the Wrong Address. What Should I Do?
No problem! As long as your order has not been dispatched, simply send us a message or email with the updated address, and we’ll make sure your gift is sent to the correct location.
Please note: the dispatch email you receive will still show the original delivery address, as it is automatically generated. Rest assured, your address has been updated on our end.
How Long Will It Take You to Prepare My Order?
We understand the importance of prompt service. That’s why we aim to dispatch your order the very next working day after it’s placed (Monday to Friday).
If for any reason this isn’t possible, your order will be dispatched the following working day.
Please note that shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed, but we always do our best to send your gift out as quickly as possible!
Returns
All of our bliss hamper gifts are handmade to order and include non-refundable items. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns.
What Shipping Service Do You Use?
Our standard processing time is 1–2 working days.
All gifts are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, but you can upgrade to a faster option at checkout for an additional fee.
We also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery, which aims to deliver your gift the next day. This service has a flat delivery fee, so you can order multiple items without incurring additional shipping costs—a great option for stocking up on presents for family and friends!
How do I track my order?
Tracking your order is super simple! Your tracking number can be found within your Order Details or alternatively through the Dispatch Email you will receive. There you will find your tracking number which directs you to the Royal Mail tracking page itself so you can check the progress of your delivery whenever you'd like!
